    ABDOS FESSES (30 min.)
    30 minutes is all you need to get your abs and butt steel hard.

    Cardio KickBox
    An explosive cardio class using boxing ,karate and other martial arts. This class will burn the fat off your abs,legs and arms.
    Training Camp
    Get ready to run, jump,scream...the Sargent is waiting for you!
    Energy Blast!
    An energetic workout on a Step combined with a toning routine for the legs, glutes.
    H.E.A.T.
    High Energy Athletic Training. No choreography just plain fitness, cardio and strength training exercises.

    A class combining aerobics and resistance training on a specially designed stationnary bike resembling an outdoor bike.
    1. Always arrive 10 minutes before each class to adjust your bike.
    2. Eat well 3 hours before each class.
    3. Drink water before, during and after each class.
    4. Wipe clean your bike after each class.
