    INTRO YOGA
    A firmer ,leaner, and toned body...release all your stress and relax all your senses in this class.
    SEXYDANSE
    No experience necessary ... a good sense of humour and a noughty attitude are all you need to participate. Give yourself confidence and fell 100% sexy!
    SUPER WORKOUT
    First part of the class combines cardio, kicks & aerobics while the second part includes muscle toning exercises for the upper & lower body including abs.
    Zumba
    A fusion of latin and international music that creates a dynamic, exciting, and effective fitness system. Ditch the workout join the party.
    BOOT CAMP
    Routine includes repetitive movements and incorporates a circuit training program. Little coordination is needed.
    CARDIO KARATE
    An explosive cardio class using boxing, karate and other martial arts techniques. This class will burn the fat off your abs, legs and arms.
    BALADI
    Oriental dance accentuating on abdominal muscles, flexibility and cardiovascular endurance.
    SALSA AEROBICS
    An aerobic class which invites you to danse using music from Latin America.
    POWER PUMP
    The ideal course to tone all your body parts using hand weights, swiss ball and more. All muscle groups are worked!
    TONUS EXTREME
    The ideal course to tone all your body parts and improve your cardiovascular system with the use of hand weights. All muscle groups are worked!
