The Group Classes reinforce the cardiovascular system as well as muscular endurance. These intense classes require a lot of body movement, some choreography learning and a sweet balance between pleasure and pain!

  • "Abs & Butt" Strengthen and tone your core and gluteus through a variety of resistance training exercises designed to target the areas which support your lower back and provide the foundation for your body.

  • "Body Tonus" Toning class using steps, weights, body bars and more. All muscle groups are targeted. Body Tonus. Cardio and exercises focusing on all muscle groups.

  • "Bootcamp" Combines running, interval training, and many other exercises using weights and/or body weight to lose body fat, increase cardiovascular efficiency, increase strength, and help people get into a routine of regular exercise.

  • "Cardio Light" An easy-to-follow cardio dance class at a lower-intensity that focuses on balance and coordination.

  • "Cardio Tone" Combines light resistance training with a complete cardiovascular workout. With the use of dumbbells, straps and step blocks, this powerful, fat blasting routine is gentle on the joints and tough on unwanted weight.

  • "Clubbin Cardio" A cardio dance party that fuses exercise with dance moves in a Nightclub feel-like setting. The focus is on a total body workout that is fun, effective and easy to follow.

  • "Djamboola" Djamboola classes are effective at burning up calories without realizing it.The movements can strengthen thighs, belly, gluteal muscles, arms while having fun.

  • "HIIT" A Class offering high intensity intervals interspersed with short recovery periods. Excellent for surpassing yourself, burning up calories and improving your cardiovascular and muscular endurance.

  • "Interval Spin" This ride is designed to provide you with the optimum in fat burning and strength building. This ride will simulate varied terrain as you tackle rolling hills, sprints and other drills to give you a great interval workout.

  • "Legs, Abs & Bum" A class dedicated to strengthening lower body muscles and the abdominals in a functional way, since these are solicited in several exercises.

  • "Pilates" Each class will work to balance all muscle groups' strength and flexibility, with an emphasis on challenging the core muscles with each movement; is a challenging yet safe method to sculpt your body and to feel increased agility in your everyday movements.

  • "Plyoga" Combining plyometrics (also known as "jump training") with yoga poses for recovery, PLYOGA brings explosiveness and balance together during this intense workout.

  • "Pump & Tone" A class that offers a more muscle focused workout. Training against a resistance not only promotes the healthy development of your muscles, it also elevates your metabolism helping to burn fat several hours after the session has finished.

  • "Ritmo Latino" Latin fused dance class Ritmo Latino is sure to you make you smile, sweat, and see the results. It’s a Cuban party!

  • "Salsation®" A fun and addictive dance fitness program based on functional training with a very strong focus on musicality and lyrical expression

  • "Sunrise Spin" Join us for this early morning cycle class and start your day off right. This class will include climbs, sprints, hill intervals, and jumps that will guarantee an early morning sweat.

  • "Spin Express" Spin express classes are an interval training group class that spin to uplifting music which helps with motivation and encouragement.

  • "Spinning" A class provides a fun and challenging cardiovascular workout. Experience a full ride of hills, sprints and endurance intervals with energizing music and motivational instruction.

  • "STRONG by Zumba" A high-energy workout, and as part of your sweat session, you'll hit the floor for some intense core exercises. 

  • "Tae Bo" A total body fitness system that incorporates martial arts techniques such as kicks and punches, such program use the motions of martial arts at a rapid pace designed to promote fitness.

  • "Total Sculpt" Course designed to develop the endurance and strength of the main muscle groups, using various equipment and training techniques. Excellent for toning muscles and stimulating weight loss.

  • "Yoga" This class uses a combination of movement, postures and breath to work on strength, flexibility and balance. An all levels class with focus on alignment, beginners will safely learn the basics while more experienced students can take postures to a deeper level.

  • "Zumba" This class offers a fusion of Latin and International music / dance themes that create a dynamic, exciting, and based on the principle that a workout should be "FUN AND EASY TO DO." The routines feature aerobic/fitness interval training with a combination of fast and slow rhythms that tone and sculpt the body.

  • "Zumba Toning" Combines targeted body-sculpting exercises and high-energy cardio work with Latin-infused moves. Using light weight dumbbells, you'll work every muscle group while you groove.
