GROUP FITNESS CLASSES ARE A GREAT WAY TO LEARN NEW EXERCISES,
MEET NEW FRIENDS AND BURN CALORIES!

The Group Classes reinforce the cardiovascular system as well as muscular endurance. These intense classes require a lot of body movement, some choreography learning and a sweet balance between pleasure and pain!

  • "Abs & Butt" Strengthen and tone your core and gluteus through a variety of resistance training exercises designed to target the areas which support your lower back and provide the foundation for your body.

  • "Afro Toning" Sequence of dance movements, combining Latin and African styles. This course encourages the use of free weights to add muscular work to cardiovascular work.

  • "Baladi" Women's oriental dance, also called "Belly Dance", combining grace, flexibility and sensuality. It is certainly one of the oldest dances of the Middle East. (Only for women).

  • "Body Tonus" Toning class using steps, weights, body bars and more. All muscle groups are targeted. Body Tonus. Cardio and exercises focusing on all muscle groups.

  • "Body Workout" Complete body exercises using weights and the body weight to make you sweat all throughout the class.

  • "Cardio Party" in a dynamic and festive atmosphere. This course is based on cardio and dance.

  • "Cardio Pump" One of the fastest ways in the world to get in shape as it challenges all your major muscle groups using the best strength training exercises as you squat, press, lift and bend.

  • "Cardio Strong" Combines targeted body-sculpting exercises and high-energy cardio work with fast and slow pace moves. Using dumbbells, swiss balls, and or steps. You'll work every muscle group while having fun.

  • "Cardio Tone" Combines light resistance training with a complete cardiovascular workout. With the use of dumbbells, straps and step blocks, this powerful, fat blasting routine is gentle on the joints and tough on unwanted weight.

  • "Clubbin Cardio" A cardio dance party that fuses exercise with dance moves in a Nightclub feel-like setting. The focus is on a total body workout that is fun, effective and easy to follow.

  • "Dance Cardio" Consists of doing dance-based exercises, which allows you to relax, share, enjoy the music, exercise and free yourself from stress and anxiety.

  • "Fiesta Latina" Fusion of Latin dance and cardiovascular routines to move, dance and vibrate to the rhythm of the South while helping to improve your fitness.

  • "Fit Zone" Combines interval training and many other exercises that use weight and / or body weight to lose body fat, increase cardiovascular efficiency, increase strength, and help people exercise regularly.

  • "HIIT" A class offering high intensity intervals interspersed with short recovery periods. Excellent for surpassing yourself, burning up calories and improving your cardiovascular and muscular endurance.

  • "Interval Spin" This ride is designed to provide you with the optimum in fat burning and strength building. This ride will simulate varied terrain as you tackle rolling hills, sprints and other drills to give you a great interval workout.

  • "Latin Cardio" This class will submerge you in a tropical latino experience mixed with urban moves and flavor.

  • "Latin Crush" Burn as many calories as you can while having fun and dancing to Latin and african rhythms.

  • "Latin Fitness" Aerobics class based on sequences of choreographies. Dances from Latin American and Africa.

  • "Pilates" Each class will work to balance all muscle groups' strength and flexibility, with an emphasis on challenging the core muscles with each movement; is a challenging yet safe method to sculpt your body and to feel increased agility in your everyday movements.

  • "Piyo" A low-impact and a high-intensity program for complete body transformation. The most effective movements, inspired by Yoga and Pilates, the movements are done at a rapid pace to burn more fat, sculpt your muscles and lengthen the silhouette.

  • "Pound Fitness" This class is essentially a cardio jam session that is done by creating your own beat by 'playing the drums.' This workout uses lightly weighed drumsticks that were made specifically for exercising. Instead of typically listening to music during a workout, you are the music.

  • "Pump & Tone" A class that offers a more muscle focused workout. Training against a resistance not only promotes the healthy development of your muscles, it also elevates your metabolism helping to burn fat several hours after the session has finished.

  • "Spin Express" Spin express classes are an interval training group class that spin to uplifting music which helps with motivation and encouragement.

  • "Sunrise Spin" Join us for this early morning cycle class and start off your day right. This class will include climbs, sprints, hill intervals, and jumps that will guarantee an early morning sweat.

  • "Tae Bo" A total body fitness system that incorporates martial arts techniques such as kicks and punches, such programs use the motions of martial arts at a rapid pace designed to promote fitness.

  • "Workout Yoga" Workout Yoga is a practice that mixes Yoga, Pilates and basic ballet techniques to increase flexibility and balance.

  • "Yoga" This class uses a combination of movement, postures and breath to work on strength, flexibility and balance. An all levels class with focus on alignment, beginners will safely learn the basics while more experienced students can take postures to a deeper level.

  • "Zumba Fitness" This class offers a fusion of Latin and International music / dance themes that create a dynamic, exciting, and based on the principle that a workout should be "FUN AND EASY TO DO." The routines feature aerobic/fitness interval training with a combination of fast and slow rhythms that tone and sculpt the body.
